By default you need at least Manager user role privileges to view the Labels page and Administrator user role privileges to edit labels.

Labels represent Post-it labels which can be set for assets. For example, a label could be called Needs maintenance or Checked. Labels are shown, for example, on the asset list on the Assets page and in asset information.

Click your email address on the upper right corner to open the Settings menu. Select Labels.


On the Labels page you can see a list of labels added to the Trackinno asset management service. You can  edit,  remove and add labels to the system.

Adding a new label

Add a new label by clicking +New label on the upper right corner. Fill in a name for the label and select a colour.


Show as alert feature highlights the label on the asset list.

Select Add data fields to assets with this label if you want to add data fields to the label. For example, a Maintenance date data field could be added to Needs maintenance label.
